Sea Fish Cakes

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Fish fillets
  • 1 packet Deb instant Mashed Potato
  • 150gms medium diced Mushrooms
  • 1 Egg
  • Breadcrumbs

METHOD

Steam fish until cooked.

Add boiling water to Deb Potato as directed.

Place fish, potatoes, mushrooms and egg into a bowl and mix well.

Roll into balls.

Flatten and coat with breadcrumbs.

Place in very hot oil until golden brown on each side.
