Sea Fish Cakes

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 Fish fillets
  • 1 packet Deb instant Mashed Potato
  • 150gms medium diced Mushrooms
  • 1 Egg
  • Breadcrumbs
METHODSteam fish until cooked.Add boiling water to Deb Potato as directed.Place fish, potatoes, mushrooms and egg into a bowl and mix well.Roll into balls.Flatten and coat with breadcrumbs.Place in very hot oil until golden brown on each side.
