- 1 piece Tasmanian Salmon per person
- Lemon Juice or Olive Oil
- Foil for cooking
Piece of foil big enough to envelope fish.
Squeeze a little lemon juice/oil on centre of foil and place salmon on top of juice skin down. Put a little more juice on top. Envelope salmon in foil and place on barbecue for 12-15 minutes. Do not turn. Check to make sure salmon is cooked almost through.
Serve with salad or potato and vegetables.
