Patsy Gosling’s Fish Fillet On The Barbecue

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 piece Sea Perch/firm White Fish per person
  • Lemon Juice
  • Lemon Pepper
  • Dill
  • Foil for cooking

METHOD Piece of foil big enough to envelope fish. Squeeze a little lemon juice on centre of foil and place fish on top of juice. Put a little more juice on top, then sprinkle with lemon pepper and dill. Envelope fish in foil and place on barbecue for 9-12 minutes. Do not turn. Check to make sure fish is cooked through. Serve with salad or potato and vegetables.
