- 1 piece Sea Perch/firm White Fish per person
- Lemon Juice
- Lemon Pepper
- Foil for cooking
Piece of foil big enough to envelope fish.
Squeeze a little lemon juice on centre of foil and place fish on top of juice. Put a little more juice on top, then sprinkle with lemon pepper and dill. Envelope fish in foil and place on barbecue for 9-12 minutes. Do not turn. Check to make sure fish is cooked through.
Serve with salad or potato and vegetables.
