With the current Covid 19 compliance requirements, we will not be holding our August club night.
We will however be opening the club on Friday August 7th between 6pm and 8pm for members to come to the club and collect their 2020 membership card and trailer sticker.
The club will then be open again on Sunday August 9th between 2pm and 5pm for Membership card and trailer sticker collection.
We will not be accepting payments at either of these sessions and only financial members will be able to collect new cards and stickers. All payments need to be received by July 31st and all un-financial members will have their access fobs disabled on August 1st.
We would also like to remind you that our AGM will be held on 23 August 2020 at the clubhouse from 10am. We will report on the clubs activities throughout the year, present the clubs financial reports and audit, elect members of the management committee and appoint an auditor.
There is of course no obligation to get involved in the management of the club but we are always happy to welcome new members to our management team and sub-committees. You can view the duties of our elected officers and sub committees in the club by-laws available on our website.
We are hoping to be able to open the club on September 4th for a club night if Covid 19 restrictions continue to ease.
