The Crab Chase Begines

The crab chase is on this weekend with the Friday night crew of 4 boats on the beach at Blakesly’s rigging pots for the night.

Trevor reports the ride over was a little lumpy but it is fine over on the beach.  It is forecast to be blowing a bit tomorrow and at the end of the day it is up to each skipper to make call as to whether you are comfortable with your boat in the prevailing weather conditions.
