Membership Fees

You will have seen that your 2019 membership fees are now due. This year RBC Management has absorbed rising costs which has resulted in no increases for membership fees for the year. During the month of July, management has requested all members come and collect their trailer sticker and membership card on our Club Night – Friday 5 July. If you can’t make it to club night the club will be open every Sunday between 2pm and 4pm. This face to face collection will also allow us to update and confirm your details. We look forward to seeing you.

Rock Wall Extension

The rock wall extension program by the RCC is expected to start during the month of July, with expected completion by October. We are constantly liaising with the council to minimise the impact on RBC members and we apologise for any minor inconveniences during this project.

AGM

Our AGM will be held on 25 August 2019 at the clubhouse from 10am. We will report on the clubs activities throughout the year, present the clubs financial reports and audit, elect members of the management committee and appoint an auditor.

There is, of course, no obligation to get involved in the management of the club but we are always happy to welcome new members to our management team and sub-committees. You can view the duties of our elected officers and subcommittees in the club by-laws.
